On confirmation of purchase, the buyer is required to collect the item from the Lowestoft Front Office at the specified address. Please bring your confirmation of payment with you.

IN ORDER TO COLLECT AN ITEM PURCHASED A PRIOR ARRANGEMENT MUST BE MADE BY CALLING 01986 835181 AT LEAST 48 HRS PRIOR TO COLLECTION BETWEEN MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7.30AM TO 3PM EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS.CONFIRMATION OF COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO COLLECTION.

Collection times are:
Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm
Bank Holidays 9am to 5pm

Collections can also now be made from Bury St Edmunds by arrangement within 3 days of the auction closing by calling 01986 835181.

Payment for any item purchased must be made within 14 days of the closing bid. Should payment not be made within this period, we reserve the right to re-auction the item(s).

All collections must be made within 14 days of payment. Items not collected maybe re-listed as per Bumblebees Terms and Conditions
