| Description | |
1. Small light brown MORILLO make jewellery box, with what appears to be inlay, with multicoloured inserts of triangles, diamond and freeze shapes. The inside is lined with a red felt type material and it is secured with a small metal clasp. It is approx 5.5 inches long, 4.2 inches wide and 2.25 inches high. Its condition is very good. 2. Small wooden chest in very poor condition. The inside has no lining material, there are splits in the wood on the top, sides and bottom, it has a lock but there is no key for it. It contains the following items of jewellery:- a. Two boxes of Brazilian gems collection, each contain a piece of Aquamarine, Tourmaline, Citrine, Amethyst and Emerald. (They are raw pieces of untreated rock) b. A MIGLIO brand necklace contained in a pink pouch. The ends are of white metal with various coloured beads of stone and glasslike material. Overall length is approx 18 inches, No hallmarking apparent. c. White metal bracelet made up of small metal rings with a heart sort of shape. Overall length approx 6 inches. No Hallmarking apparent. d. Small bead bracelet on three elasticised bands, decorated with white, red and brown beads. Overall length approx 7 inches. e. Pink coloured necklace with coloured bead decoration on a string or similar material. f. White stone like bead necklace with a white metal rose shaped pendant. Overall length approx 17 inches. No hallmarking apparent. g. White and clear bead necklace with a clear heart shaped pendant end. h. Necklace similar to g above but with multicoloured beads of stone or glass type materials and with a pink pendant end |
